 We tracked at the small battlefield near Cold Harbor at sunset. By the time we tracked it was getting dark which made Cheeky nervous. She seemed to be scared of the article, but I did try to make it a positive experience and give her more hot dogs.

Fanny was happy to clean up the cookies Cheeky left behind.

Cheeky had two tracks today and was very distracted.   The tracts were right turns with this pattern: scuff 10 steps - food every 3 scuff steps walk 3 steps - food every 2 walking steps 4 repetitions of pattern She was extremely distracted on the second track and wanted to go back and see Valerie.

January 6: Left turn at Cold Harbor Battlefield

 Cheeky did a left turn at Cold Harbor Battlefield.  It was 55°F, sunny and wind was 9 mph NW.   Cheeky's track was one leg of 90 scuff steps, a left turn and a second leg of 70 scuff steps with food every three steps.
